  • First phase upstream of your interior design project. At the outset, we carry out a detailed study of your needs in order to draw up a complete set of specifications. During the study, the interior designer gathers all the technical and regulatory information on the current state of the premises in a general diagnosis. This includes architectural, legal and financial aspects, as well as a risk and feasibility study.

    At the same time, we carry out in-depth creative research to bring you the best interior design solutions. The architect's approach is both functional and aesthetic, in line with your specifications and constraints. The sketch proposals and the Diagnosis are formulated in a file for your attention. We include sketch plans, a rigorous description, precise visualizations and an initial budget estimate to help you make the first trade-offs. This economic vision will be present throughout the project to provide you with a clear and controlled direction.

  • At this stage, we fine-tune your project and choose from the interior design options available. We then detail the program and produce the plans, sections, elevations/façades and dimensions of the structure. Depending on the project, we can call on a range of design offices to guarantee the excellence of the planned work and meet regulatory obligations. Finally, we update the research, graphics and budget to validate the project as a whole.

  • During this phase, we finalize the details of the interior architecture program, and draw up the execution plans, sections, elevations and dimensions of the project. All graphic elements are thus finalized. At this stage, the interior designer defines the construction principles, materials, technical installations and trades required. Finally, we specify the overall cost estimate for the project, broken down into separate lots. We transcribe all this into a highly detailed file for decision-making purposes.

  • If necessary (e.g. extension, modification of facade, load-bearing walls), we advise you to submit your application 2 to 3 months before the work is due to start. The work can only start once the necessary permits and authorizations have been issued. As part of our mission, we support you in this process, firstly by advising you at the start of the project. We then prepare all the documents required to submit the file to the relevant authorities.

  • This is where we draw up a general summary of the project. This includes all execution plans (demolition, partitions, heating, electricity, lighting, etc.), specifications and details relating to each device and trade. This highly detailed document enables you to launch a transparent consultation process, optimizing your budget. To do this, we have a network of demanding, reliable partners and experts, from whom we are completely independent. This network will be made available to you. Of course, we're also happy to meet your own partners if you recommend any. The file also includes full details of the materials and products involved in the project, to enable a fair and accurate costing.

  • This is a crucial stage, during which we help you to select and validate the best partners for your project. We also organize site visits with all potential partners. We check that the costings match the specifications, to ensure that the budget is optimized. This phase enables us to define the complete team that will carry out the project, and to move on to the actual building work.

  • Once underway, we orchestrate the project with the various parties involved, drawing up and monitoring a rigorous schedule. We organize regular site meetings and check compliance with architectural, technical, aesthetic, financial and regulatory recommendations. After each meeting, we write up the minutes to give you full visibility of the project. Last but not least, we update the plans and dimensions in line with any unforeseen events on site.
