DESICRIPTION:
A tribute to the Arkhitektons - three-dimensional models created in the 1920s by the artist Kasimir Malevich - the Erosion I table evokes the way water and time alter shapes and materials, rounding edges and blurring lines.
The base of the sculpture is made from a 3D ceramic print and carefully finished by hand with the addition of glazes. These are composed of a blend of porcelain and lava stone in over 10 shades.
Finally, the trays, available in brass, steel or wood, play skilfully with textures, creating a captivating contrast around an infinite number of combinations.
