Renovation of an apartment
100 m²
Paris 17
2025

Designed for a young professional couple, this 100 m² apartment in the 17th arrondissement of Paris underwent complete restructuring. The project was organized around a clear principle: to reveal the original volume while redefining circulation to create an open, calm and luminous space. Numerous structural interventions linked the spaces together, opening up new perspectives and maximizing natural light in every room.

The overall design is based on a neutral, sensorial palette. The choice of natural materials - walnut, grey travertine and Emperador Ivory marble - gives the project a sober yet warm aesthetic, where each element dialogues with the others in a balance of textures and tones. The interior architecture aims for coherence and fluidity, while leaving room for subtle contrasts and a clear reading of volumes.
